The poster proposition presented the graphic genesis of the Mediatheque building in Sendai, designed by Toyo Ito.
The idea of the poster polege communicating the intensity of the Sendai Mediatheque project is transparency, openness and spaciousness. In the foreground in the center, we see the name of the project and the name of the designer in Japanese, indicating the author's country of origin and the location of the building. The colors are also chosen not by accident. Red also symbolizes vitality, life and beauty, as well as the rising sun on the Japanese flag. The most important element of the media library are spatial columns, the lines of which are illustrated in the background. The poster does not directly show what an object it is, but thanks to very characteristic elements it tells the viewer on the Mediatheque in Sendai of Toyo Ito's project.
